The FRIA generator

A structured first draft of the fundamental rights impact assessment that Article 27 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 asks of public bodies, providers of public services and deployers of certain credit and insurance systems.

Seven short sections, one for each element of Article 27(1)(a) to (g), rendered as a document you can print, save as PDF or take to counsel. About fifteen minutes. The document is built entirely in your browser.

The readiness scorecard

Twenty five questions across five obligation categories drawn from Articles 9, 13, 14, 26 and 27, each answered No, Partial or Yes.

The result is an overall readiness percentage, a breakdown showing where the gaps are largest, and a printable summary of every answer against its article reference. A useful baseline before engaging counsel or starting a formal operator file.

Take the scorecard

These tools produce editorial templates and self assessment summaries. They are not legal advice or a compliance opinion. Have outputs reviewed by a qualified professional before filing, submitting or citing them. The FRIA generator covers the structure of Article 27(1); each operator adapts the content to its own deployment and jurisdiction.
